Sales Executive – Retail – KAPICO GROUP HOLDING CO KSCC

Personal attributes :

The Sales Executive should portray team leader qualities by being a symbol of integrity and honesty with multi tasking ability and should play a pivotal role between the management, the customer and his team members. He should have the quality of converting management’s vision into a personal mission and inspire the team by his work ethics and motives.

Sales Related Duties :

  • The Sales Executive has to plan his daily activities to achieve the daily and monthly targets which he proposed and accepted by the management
  • Branch Sales Executive will plan the following activities
    o Salesman wise / Product wise
    o Salesman wise / Garage wise
    o Salesman wise / Margin wise
  • Has to plan the weekly sales shuffling in an appropriate manner in order to avoid overburdening any of the staff
  • Special discounts and garage-incentive schemes have to be properly planned and applied
  • Handling the sales-returns as per the company’s Return Policy
  • To empathize and understand customer grievance, and endeavor to handle customer’s complain to their satisfaction
  • Thorough knowledge and constant feedback related to newly introduced aftermarket products, and to communicate this to his subordinates and superiors
  • Rechecking and ascertaining the cash balance, cash statements, and cash related documents are as per the predetermined processes
