Sales Executive – SmartWorld Computer Trading LLC

• Sales of allocated products and solutions to customers in designated geographic zones.
• Outdoor sales meeting, presentations and demonstrations will be part of the job.
• Should be well versed with MS office applications namely MSEXCEL, PPT, Emails etc
• Sales executive roles include sales closing and payment collection follow-ups to ensures timely payment for the sales conducted
• Focus will be to generate new business leads and get the leads closed to attain sales results. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating terms of the business model; integrating contract requirements concurrent with company policy.
• Sales Target set for the position
• Be able to understand, learn assigned products and services by the candidate and explain and implement to customers as part of the sales process.
• Will be responsible to completely manage big customer accounts. As part of same, sales executive should liaise with different teams within the organization and give a single point support to customers. Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Sales Executive has to use the company’s CRM for all leads to its closing. Account management also the be done through CRM
• SE to record sales visits in company CRM. Sales Executive should be providing sales visit reports and updates in separate excel format as required by Sales Managers and/or Management.
• Should be a Self -Starter & have Go-Getter attitude on set goals
• Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Should possess good negotiating skills, examine risks and potentials; estimating clients’ needs and goals.
• Prepare proposals based on the customer requirements.
• Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and exhibitions.
• Possess Team management skills. Manage teams whenever assigned.
• Be willing to travel for work in the areas where SmartWorld extends its services
• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Should deliver sales reports to reporting manager on a daily basis
• Adhere to company procedures in terms of systems and protocols.
