Sales Executives

-Organizes workflow and plan work to meet customer, relevant authorities in Referral Organization, Funding and HME department deadlines to ensure efficient work schedules and timetables and to implement an efficient visit plan to end users
-Build Relationship with end-users, referrals, doctors, and Institutions / organizations by maintaining liaison and by being highly organized and with strong presentation skills
-Follows the policies and procedures of the company with respect to sales processes and documentation required by different Funding sources, organizations, customers, and the Governmental sources
-Provides first level support for customer’s setup on Beds, Accessibility, Respiratory, Sleep therapy, Specialized Wheel Chair, other HM Equipment by Training End-users, educating them on equipment maintenance, usage, documentation guidelines for CME / MOH / other Government department or Insurance Company requirements, Consumable replenishment, additional products and support.
-Enter data in recommended tracking applications and fulfill reporting tasks by established deadlines
-Processes customer orders and exceptions in a courteous, efficient and timely manner:
Ensures consistency between internal billing processes and external order database with the creation of required documentation.
-Attends to and answers customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitates satisfactory resolution
-Undertakes Referral / physician / Institution visits and ensures the completion of recommendation documentation for customers after required treatment or trial sessions have been fulfilled
-Maintains detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating daily reports and other documents/reports as needed
-The Sales Executives will work with Marketing and other personnel and, together, all are accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals of Health Shop. The sales and strategic marketing activities will be designed to achieve these revenue goals
-Should support Company's Initiatives on Home Health Care’s mission, values, strategic goals and high standards with regard to customer service
