Sales Manager – BPO+

1 . Identifying, building, and sustaining relationships with prospective buyers of the companies services Responsible for revenue targets.
2. Planning, preparing for, and facilitating follow-up meetings with clients and prospects.
3. Excellent communication (both oral and written) and people-management skills.
4. Facilitating each opportunity sales strategy.
5. Writing and presenting winning proposals with the support of cross-functional teams. Reporting on prospecting and deal status.
6. Closing deals and transition projects to the Delivery teams.
7. Providing feedback from sales calls and customer comments to help shape sales and marketing initiatives.
1. Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of business development and/or outside/inside sales experience in the software services industry (preferably Mobile app development).
2. Ability to effectively articulate (verbally and in written form) the companies business, engineering, and design capabilities and solutions.
3. Ability to effectively articulate each prospects business requirements and key success factors.
4. Ability to clearly document sales activities and opportunities.
5. Ability to prepare and present winning presentations at the executive level in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Demonstrable command of the entire sales process.
6. CRM usage knowledge.
