Sales Manager – Good Wood

Job description:
• You will be responsible for developing sales of Good Board brands through existing & potential relationships within the assigned territories, Providing optimum coverage, sales promotion and market penetration.
• You will be the point of contact with customers for sales growth, Issue resolution and Complaint management.
• Creating & implementing sales & marketing (In collaboration with marketing department) programs to enhance product image.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving assigned sales target & enhancing general sales capacity.
• Maintain relationship with existing customer & identify new opportunities to upsell and expand the portfolio.
• Providing outstanding customer service to existing & prospective customers to retain, renew and rebuild sales.
• strategic planning & coordination with marketing team to further promote, market & sell Good Board products.
• Participate in Events and Expos to strengthen Good Board brand value to prospective customers and catch selling opportunities utilizing the exposure and offers.
• Actively participate in the development of sales forecast with the company to manage forward stocking level.
• Provide monthly evaluation of sales pattern productivity to the board of directors.
