Sales Manager – Manpower Middle East

This is a contract role under Manpower ME. 12 months renewable contract

Role : Sales Manager

Job description:

Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Report on regional sales results + Recovery action plan in case of negative projections
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Provide Management with time managment reports (daily and weekly)
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Provide recommendations on decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Build local market promotional calendar depends on the seasonal sales peak within the respective category
Build a data base of materials for new clients visits (sales presentations, updated price list, latest product list and catalougues..etc.)
Manage sales related adminstrative work (products, logisitcs, customers, agencies)
Address potential local marektet challenges and suggest prompt solutions
Flexibility to provide instore/marchandising jobs (occasionally when needed)
maintaining awareness of competitors' performance
Evaluate store peformance and propose measures to accelerate sales
Manage product deliveries and liaison with merchandisiers (or 3rd party help if needed)
analysing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
managing, training and supervising junior staff
