Sales Manager – Servcorp

We are a global company and run locally. At Servcorp you manage your own
area in its entirety and therefore you can see how you are performing.

There are a number of measures on a monthly basis including your sales conversion rates and client termination churn You will be judged by your performance and Sales achievements. Your job is to make a profit.

Key Performance Indications (KPI):

  • – Sell 1 in 6 Office enquiries.
  • – Office client churn not to exceed 60%
  • – Maintain floor occupancy levels between 80% – 100%
  • – Attending network events on a monthly basis
  • – Build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Business set ups, Law firm etc
  • – Generate opportunities locally and set a marketing strategy for it
  • – Sell 1 in 2 Virtual enquiries
  • – Virtual client churn not to exceed 60%
  • – Grow Virtual Packages by 20-30% per annum.
  • – Increase service revenue (month on month / year on year)

Achieving the above key performance indicators will allow you to achieve your ultimate goal as a Servcorp Manager. Making an appropriate profit for your business unit, market and economic conditions.
