area in its entirety and therefore you can see how you are performing.
There are a number of measures on a monthly basis including your sales conversion rates and client termination churn You will be judged by your performance and Sales achievements. Your job is to make a profit.
Key Performance Indications (KPI):
- – Sell 1 in 6 Office enquiries.
- – Office client churn not to exceed 60%
- – Maintain floor occupancy levels between 80% – 100%
- – Attending network events on a monthly basis
- – Build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Business set ups, Law firm etc
- – Generate opportunities locally and set a marketing strategy for it
- – Sell 1 in 2 Virtual enquiries
- – Virtual client churn not to exceed 60%
- – Grow Virtual Packages by 20-30% per annum.
- – Increase service revenue (month on month / year on year)
Achieving the above key performance indicators will allow you to achieve your ultimate goal as a Servcorp Manager. Making an appropriate profit for your business unit, market and economic conditions.
