• Ability to search and analyze all new marketing techniques and procedures

• Ability to suggest and hit potential clients based on a strong market research and the agency policies

• Ability to learn and employ new sales techniques and principles to successfully close business deals with various customer base

• Excellent customer service including strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to liaise with Creative/Art and Production departments by providing a clear perfect brief based on client's requests and maintain organized records

• Participate in client review appointments & able to work under tight schedules

• Active Listening — Giving full attention to what clients are saying, taking time to understand the points being made

• Draft comprehensive job briefs and communicate with mentors

• Maintains sales calendar, schedules appointments and reports sales updates

• Maintain sales records through filing, retrieval, retention and updating using MS Excel
