Sales & Marketing Manager – Almarshad Group (MG)

Translate Brand strategies into brand plans.

Establish performance specification, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

Liable for all revenue streams.
Responsible for identifying emerging markets and evaluating markets potential.
Seeks out potential major accounts and forms working relationships.

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and access against KPI's
Anticipate bottlenecks, Establishes annual forecasting and quarterly strategies to accommodate shift in market.
Proposes business development strategies and innovations to keep team competitive and profitable.
Identifies team improvement areas and proposes course of action to strengthen the team.
Assists sales and sales planning activities as necessary.

Negotiate Rates with potential customers, work closely with legal experts to write contracts for new business partners.
Responsible for developing and managing departments' budgets.

Responsible to evaluate and resolve departmental issues. Performs and or directs investigation and places resolutions.
