Sales & Marketing Manager / Director – W A Hotel
An upcoming five stars hotels coming very soon in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is pleased to announce the start of hiring according to the following requirements:
• Candidate must have experience minimum Five years within five stars hotels.
• Hotel Pre-opining experience is preferable.
• Transference of sponsorship is a must.
• Candidate must be resident in Saudi Arabia.
• Priority is for Saudi citizens, expatriates who are married to Saudi citizens, Sons / Daughters of Saudi citizens and other expatriates.
• Member of at least 5 executive team that introduce a new business service and platform into Sales & Market place.
• Identifies pro-spective accounts and establishes goals for Key Accounts by analyzing historical data and other statistical information and also by conducting accounts interviews and preparing customer action plans.
• Targets to achieve key figures from key accounts / key markets through preparation and execution of proper action plan for his/her field of responsibility.
• Is co-responsible for the settlement of outstanding, respectively the follow up on a regular basis to-wards local Travel Trade to match credit policy (settlement within 30/60/90 days) in close co-ordination with the Credit Manager / Rooms Division.
• Establishes contracts with local In-bound Operators/Travel Agents /Corporate considering the offi-cial Rate Policy in co-ordination with the General Manager.
• Conducts rate market surveys to advise management of actual market trends.
• Led new market identification, assessment, entry and ramp, including creating sales & market entry plans in the areas.
• Establishes and co-signs contracts with International Tour Operators/Corporate respecting the Rate Policy and Contract Policy together with the General Manager. He/she conducts prior discussions with the partners to prepare final contracting.
• Develop the demand based revenue model with the executive team and independently developed and owned the sales and marketing budgets. Wrote the sales and marketing summary for quarterly board reports.
• Responsible to build out of CRM system, tasks included developing date capture process for thou-sands of leads, accounts, contacts, RFQs and transactions w/50 data points, providing improvements in scability, transparency, time savings, reporting and data security, integrity and accuracy.
• Developed sales process and integrated with marketing and customer service departments.
• Built sales department by recruiting, training, and managing sales staff including inside and outside sales representatives in 3 markets. Created compensations plans. Hired contact employees.
• Established relationships with more than 40 channels partners contributing as much as 20% annual revenue.
• Developed brand strategy, messaging, design and copy (logo, collateral, etc.), budget, media plan and calendar.
• Created marketing plan by geographical market, coordinate with sales efforts, to raise awareness, educate and generate trial.
• Tested price sensitivity for impact on gross and net revenue while levelling demand through weekly and seasonal cycles.
• Initiated and managed relationships with AD agency, PR firm, consultants, contract employees and vendors.
• Responsible for all marketing campaigns including direct mails, email, website, online ads, radio, print, out of home and events. Introduced manual and automated campaign tracking to provide ROI on all marketing campaigns including cost per customer and cost per transactions.
• Conducted demographic and psychographic analysis of customer base for targeting marketing
