Sales & Marketing Manager – UAE

Planning and directing the sales activities in their organization in order to maximize the revenue and market share, as well as developing future growth, providing vision and direction by interacting with potential clients, customers, partners, dealers and distributors
Generate New Customers in the UAE & GCC.
Establishes sales goals and create incentive programs for the sales personnel, which he leads, managing and orienting them to meet quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Developing annual budgets, forecasts and reporting results of department for the performance against quota.
Driving and maximizing profitably 5Ps ( Presence, Placement, Price, Promotion, People-Customers) opportunities to gain market share
Full responsibility for client relationship management
Creates sales campaigns for developing relationships with customers and repeated sales.
Makes market analysis in order to create strategies and tactics for generating new profitable business.
Organize regular meetings with sales team & top management for smooth operations.
Protects the confidential information regarding the company and personnel according to the company policies and procedures.
