The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and exploiting market opportunities and ensures HVAC services are promoted in the target market.
– Generate new business opportunities to fuel the growth of Andalus Trading Company’s HVAC services division;
– Increase market penetration by securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base with owners and contractors. Ensure the development and maintenance of Account Plans with all key and target accounts;
– Maintain constant contacts with customers in order to keep a good relationship with existing customers;
– Follow-up on the payments credit notes, reconcile statement of accounts in a timely manner;
– Carry out research and identify potential new channels in order to increase company market share;
– Analyse and generate reports relating to market, competition and trends.
