BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE: – Provides information about the products and related services of the company to the clients in order to increase the company sales and to develop or maintain long-term relationships with the existing and prospective clients – Works with the Sales Team to develop sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
§ Exceeding or meeting personal sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus
§ Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key clients.
§ Developing sales plans along with the Sales Manager and completing quarterly and monthly reports as required
§ Managing and prioritizing sales leads prepared by the Buying department, developing new accounts through analyzing, exploring, networking,and referrals
§ Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
§ Maintaining accurate customer database for reporting, mailings, and marketing programs.
§ Providing detailed updates on job activities to the Sales Manager
§ Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products.
§ Provide the highest level of customer service
§ File maintenance, billing/invoicing,shipping/receiving
§ Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
§ Be a lead Ambassador of Fantasy World at all times
