Sales Representative – Luxottica Middle East

Primary objective/General overview:
The Sales Representative represents our company in the market and is the expert on the field. He/She provides complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Ensure the development of the brands in the point of sales
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Ensure smoothness on credit/financial flow with customers through dues collection
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Performing cost-benefit analysys of existing and potential customers
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
