Sales Supervisor – مشرف مبيعات – Western Information Technology System (WITS)

1. Delivering customer experience that follows the company vision and goals using skills and experience in selling our program and convincing customers.
2. Developing a strong customer base (Potential, prospects and active customers) and have full hands-on follow up to develop the list and improve the overall sales department numbers.
3. Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct.
4. Ensure that all sales executives routes under his supervision, have the correct quantity of forecasted numbers on a daily basis as per the company must sell list.
5. Conduct daily visits in the market on route per salesmen under his supervision.
6. Review daily sales volume and performance with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed KPIs plan.
7. Responsible for the achievement of his assigned targets under his area of supervision.
8. Responsible to deliver daily, weekly and monthly sales volume and reports for his supervisory area.
9. Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control and cash deposit on a daily basis.
10. Responsible for the investigation and control of noncompliance to company standards and policies.
