Sales Supervisor (FMCG) – Almasa Alfarida

  • Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching and directing the assigned salesmen and distributor.
  • Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace, the daily sales routes and updating them upon prospecting any new customers.
  • Ensure the availability of the core range as per channel as per guidelines.
  • Monitor the implementation of the salesmen visiting and recording the preset daily sales routes.
  • Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the management’s instructions.
  • In charge of sales revenue and collection
  • Maintain existing clients
  • Gain new clients
  • Ensure clients are paying on time
  • Create route/journey plan for sales representatives and Merchandisers
  • Ensure client complies with the payment terms
  • Customer service – ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Introduce new products to clients
  • Negotiate shelf space
  • Give proposals and enter into discussions regarding new products and promotions
  • The candidate must have good relations with Super Markets and Hyper Markets in the UAE.
