• Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to establish support to clients.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Implement the strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Being interactive with collaborators, customers and managers but keeping always the proper distance
• Matching the customer’s needs to the right product, and able to close a sale
• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Coordinate with team members and other departments
• Responsible for ensuring store appearance is clean and presentable at all times.
• Respond to sales inquiries and customer’s concerns by phone, electronically or in person
