Sales Supervisor

Main Duties: Supervise and direct the Outdoor sales effort through efficient utilization of outdoor salesmen/saleswomen to ensure revenue targets are met. Keep continuous relations with customers and proactively anticipate their needs by advising them of the Company Furniture Showroom’s subsidiary products and items. Major Responsibilities/Duties: – Supervise and direct all outdoor sales efforts through efficient utilization of resources. – Follow up running outdoor sales with existing and expected clients, and supervise collection. – Prepare and follow-up on proposals responding to tenders and requests until the deal is completed or closure of the tender. – Monitor quota achievement against the pre-set sales plan and recommending proper solutions to the Furniture Showroom Manager to mitigate any deviations. – Keep strong relations and contacts with clients to ensure the continual generation of business opportunities. – Maintain highest standards for customers’ satisfaction, solve any problems that might arise between sales representatives and customers, and resolve any customer complaints. – Maintain up-to-date awareness of the Company’s furniture and industry trends. – Ensure timely delivery of furniture to clients to meet their expectations. – Track stock levels in coordination with the warehousing function to ensure meeting clients requirements on time and without delay. – Collect and analyze sales information and competitors’ status in the market to be utilized in developing future marketing/sales plans. – Recommend the purchase of furniture to the Furniture Showroom Manager based on analyses and customer purchasing behaviors and patterns. – Provide information required by clients regarding furniture’s features, specifications …etc. – Participate in customer relationships management activities in a manner that guarantees business to the Company Furniture Showroom Subsidiary from the targeted accounts. – Seek ambitious and achievable sales opportunities/plans as well as maintain a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities and pursue the most profitable and attractive opportunities. – Develop and maintain proactive relationships with clients and prospective customers. – Participate in assessing and identifying market and customers needs and trends. – Administer training of sales personnel to achieve a superior and comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s furniture. – Prepare periodic reports regarding the Outdoor sales activities and achievements to be submitted to the Furniture Showroom Manager. – Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrices, and perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Furniture Showroom Manager.
