Our client, a well-known law firm in the Middle East is looking for a
<b> Secretary </b>who will provide primary support to the Partner and Legal Consultants. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:· Operation of the phone console, screening incoming calls, messages· Scheduling of conference room, video/teleconferences, guest offices· Legal Secretarial support for legal consultant· Preparing routine documents, billing, and correspondence· Time/Diary entry· Filing· Travel arrangements· Calendar management· Preparing check/wire transfer requests, expense reports· Other administrative duties as may be assigned To be successful, you need to meet the following criteria:· Excellent Arabic and English communications skills (reading, writing, verbal)· A minimum of three years of experience in a professional service environment/similar role· Exceptional customer service skills, superb phone skills and detail oriented· Strong written and verbal skills· Professional demeanor and a demonstrated ability to establish a rapport with individuals at all levels of management, peers and guests· Ability to multi-task and prioritize· Strong technical and proofreading skills· Self-starter and team player· Flexibility to work overtime· Outlook, MS Word, Excel
