To meet sales target, close business deals, and maintain strong customer service also responsible for build strong relationships with customers to encourage new or maintenance business opportunities.
Job Duties (in order of priority):
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
• Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales quota.
• Ability to Prepare presentations for the new products and services.
• Communicate clearly with the business development manager the progress of monthly and weekly visits through reports.
• Forecast sales achievements and quotas and track key accounts.
• Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Create leads with current customers by selling new or additional products or services.
• Developing field sales action plans.
• Prepare technical and financial offers and costing.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards ·
• Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
