Manages Toys R Us cafe and ensures the section runs efficiently for our customers and to identify & deliver commercial opportunities.
Delivers the multichannel sales plan for Food and Hospitality sections by identifying opportunities to drive sales performance across all department.
Maximises stock accuracy & availability through the effective management of stock.
Ensures accurate and timely implementation of corporate seasonal updates and events.
Manages the delivery of a memorable multichannel shopping experience by driving the team to connect with the customer to sell.
Provides feedback to individuals that recognizes great service and drives improvement.
Manages the delivery of Food and Hospitality Counters standards
