Senior Brand Manager – Beyti Egypt

1.Planning of annual Marketing Strategy for assigned products within set budgetary parameters:

•Analyze and interpret data (qualitative and quantitative) that will add value and positive direction to the various brand objectives.

•Develop marketing plans and strategies to grow and expand the relevant brands within the company in terms of strategic importance, focus and share of mind including leading the brand audits and category plans.

•Tracking and evaluating performance of marketing plan with the full responsibility and accountability to category P&L

2.Manage trade & shopper audit as well as review strategies by channel & segment.

3.Partner with Sales & Finance to ensure profitability of the brands are being met by:

•Ensuring that price strategies are being adhered to i.e. deals/discounts, price promotions, raw material costs etc.

•Acceptable margins are being maintained and that price realizations are in line with overall brand strategy.

•Correct pricing strategies are being implemented to ensure continued growth of the brand.

•Prices are continually monitored and compared against competitors.

4.Partner with Supply Chain & other functions to lead the S&OP “Sales & operation” process from marketing prospective and ensure target set are realistic and attainable.
