Senior Business Analysis and Application Management Officer – Societe General

  • Responsible for coordination, implementation & support of application software releases.
  • Provide the required training, support and mentoring for the staff’s unit as per assigned by the responsible of the unit.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and various business units.
  • Analyze specific user needs, and designs data processing solutions to meet these needs.
  • Implement business applications.
  • Provide application training and knowledge to employees.
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate, easy to comprehend, and meets current documentation standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the delivered solution by involving them and keeping them engaged from initiation through project close-out.
  • Conduct functional testing.
  • Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and create user manuals.
  • Train users for newly implemented systems/applications.
  • Perform post-implementation evaluations.
