Senior Executive – Talent Development and Administration – RSA Logistics
Conduct Induction & Orientation for all the New Joinees in the system, inclusive of other post recruitment activities.
Plan & coordinate Training programs across organization as per the HSE needs.
Ensure all Training records are managed effectively and are up to date.
Work closely with TDA Director for KPI Reporting, ensuring smooth payroll & overtime process on a monthly basis.
Responsible for day to day Talent Development & Administration operations like Leave Management, preparation of official documents such as Memo, Official Communication mailers, Vendor management etc. as per the request.
Coordinate with the Department Heads to do the Annual Performance Appraisal of all employees
Work on employee engagement activities across the organization.
Prepare all necessary documents for the employees who have resigned/ terminated from the organization.
Note: This doesn’t exclude any specific duties, if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position. The position holder is expected to be flexible to take up such responsibilities as and when needed.
