Senior / Officer – Recruitment – Commercial Bank of Kuwait

– Receive new applicants; analyze applications for necessary qualifications and experience.

– Supervise the recruitment clerks / receptionist daily functions related to testing of candidates to ensure standard performance.

– Conduct pre-employment interviews to determine the relevant knowledge, skills and experience of potential candidates.

– Recommend candidates for recruitment based on specifications of the employee requisition.

– Provide guidance to recruitment clerks / receptionist in all matters related to regret letters in case of rejected applicants and ensure that the short listed candidates fit our future needs.

– Supervise the mechanism of maintaining files of rejected and short listed candidates for future reference.

– Supervise the preparations of standard contract of employment as well as to all arrangements for pre-recruitment medical examinations and finger prints.

– Maintain relationship with the various sections within Human Resources Department to coordinate recruitment activities.

– Perform any other task assigned by Section Head.
