SENIOR PERSONNEL OFFICER

Assist in the development of personnel policies and procedures
to ensure that the company follows best practice and avoids
infringing employment law.
2. Assist in organizational change projects to improve the overall
efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
3. Monitor, evaluate and participate in the company’s recruitment
and selection process to ensure that the company recruits the best
people for available jobs and complies with legislation and best
practice relating to equal opportunities and discrimination.
4. Maintain all necessary personnel records to effectively monitor
sickness levels, implementation of equal opportunities policies,
staffing levels etc.
5. Provide advice to managers on a range of employment issues to
ensure that they manage their staff in accordance with best
practice and legal requirements.
6. Prepare letters, policies and other documents in relation to terms
and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies
with legal requirements.
