Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Preparing Recruitment Agreements
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team and Filing.
Coordinating with Agencies for requirements and agreements.
Adverting in local sites and sourcing locally available candidates.
