This position represents the front line Arabic Speaking sales person entirely focused on the referring of new business for the bank and targeting potential customers with a range of assigned Personal Finance Product.
Identify potential customers through databases, customer referrals, follow up on leads and through personal contacts etc.
To sell Personal Finance products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly sales targets.
Major accountability for a Relationship Officer is to ensure that business is solicited as per the Sharia guidelines/process.
To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered. All the legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered.
Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are strictly maintained
To ensure that no customer application is misplaced and is kept in safe custody as per documentation custody policy of the bank
Ensure that code of the conduct as per the bank’s policy is followed
Derive insight to competitor’s sales activities and effectively report them to Sales Manager/Relationship Manager
Strict adherence to sun down rule where customers are updated on a daily basis
Attend 100% weekly meetings
Provide periodic and up-to-date feedback to customers regarding their complaints till the issue is not resolved. Tracked by SQ
