Senior SAP CRM Consultant – Post For Systems
1. Facilitates the implementation of SAP CRM module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
2. Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
3. Customizing the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case.
4. Investigate and solve technical problems.
5. Develop necessary modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
6. Takes care that proper training is given to the users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
7. Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.
