Service Administrator

– Responsible for administrative support to the Logistics Manager & P.D.I. Manager which includes email correspondence, memos, phone calls, scheduling, etc.
– Assisting the Management in areas involving personal and confidential matters, business proposals and presentations of project plans.
– Over all in charge of employee relation for 100+ staff of Logistics Department – RP Renewals, Health Card Renewal, Medical Schedules, Employee Request, Uniform, etc.
– Responsible for the time keeping of staff in the department, prepares monthly attendance sheet and liquidate incentives to all staff
– Taking dictation, transcribing, correspondence, filing, maintaining appointments, sending emails/fax messages, photocopying etc
– LPO Management – from quotation, creation, invoicing and delivery
– Responsible for all reports required by the management such as Petrol & Diesel, Overtime Reports, Attendance Reports, Sewage Report, Office Supplies and as required by the Managers
– Petty Cash handling, invoice liquidation, petty cash report and encasement
– Calculate and draft incentive program of the department for manager’s review and approval
– Other related tasks and duties required by the managers
– Perform other responsibilities as assigned by direct manager
