Service Coordinator – dorma+kaba

Purpose of Position:
To support the service team and to responds to routine and emergency maintenance and repair service requests; prioritizes and coordinates work orders;assigns work to service technicians; serves as liaison with customers; inspects completed work and resolves complaints
· Handling all breakdown calls received by fax, phone, email and schedule technicians to attend the same on priority basis
· Schedule technicians on day to day basis to carry out preventive maintenance of automatic doors covered under warranty, contract and spot jobs
· Preparation of quotation upon receipt of service reports from the technicians and inquiries received through fax, email and phone. Subsequent follow up with clients to get the same approved
· Preparation of service proposal and subsequent follow up for securing new contracts
· Generating sales order and purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for quick dispatch of material
