Showroom Supervisor – Jordan River Foundation


• Responsibility in assisting the Sales & marketing manager in providing a professional & outstanding customer service and branding to Jordan River Designs including Handicrafts and Karma Kitchen.
• Implement the set marketing strategies to improve JRF’s market position and achieve financial growth, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities to meet and exceed sales and marketing goals of the organization.

Core Responsibilities


• Assists in the implementation of a sales and marketing plan and detailed action plan.
• Coordinate all sales activities to increase sales and achieve the needed targets and to increase the promotion to JRF products.
• Maintain a customer database and productivity report- using automated systems- to ensure current, past and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.
• Submit and track sales contracts for orders.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Lead sales team and train them on the best sales practices to ensure high profile clients service, and ensure that the sales team are adherent to JRF strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Ensure that there is enough stock of the products at the warehouses and prepare the needed reports.
• Ensures all sales activities are tracked and generate detailed reports to the marketing management. (Expense reports, sales reports, etc,..) to determine profitability.
• Attend national trade and exhibitions to showcase JRF’s products and services when requested.


• Supervise, coach and mentor the sales team.
• Handle the sales transactions and the cash in the showroom.
• Increase sales performance in order to achieve a high selling to JRF designs.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Client Management

• Understand customer needs and provide support and solutions.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, and contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products can meet their needs..
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales
• Support Sales& Marketing Manager in implementing new customer expansion strategies.
