· Translates client and organizational objectives and critical success factors into actionable business, organization and technology strategies
· Creates business process and/or information technology plans based on an understanding of the customer's organizational strategic direction, technology context and business Injazat
· Assists with presentation of business process and/or technical solution articulating the benefits and value prepositions of the proposed solution to client with Sales Executives and Client Executives
· Works with Sales Executives and Account Executives to qualify and quantify new opportunities
· Provides solution support for marketing initiatives through participation in proposals and marketing studies
· Utilizes broad portfolio and capability subject matter expertise and communication skills to create and present innovative solutions for sales pursuits and accounts
· Proactively works with Sales, Account Executive and Clients to identify needs and formulate internal plan to address those.
· Works with executives and others in Injazat and customer organization to formulate enterprise-wide business and/or information technology enabled product/services and/or solutions
· Applies industry and enterprise knowledge to identify and recommend integrated solutions, products and services to support the enterprise’s accomplishments of business goals or technical Injazat
· Follows standard solution guidelines, leads others in the definition of project scope, plans and deliverables including cost models and proposed implementation dates
· Researches, analyses, recommends and propose new technologies, standard processes, tools and techniques
· Works closely with Technical architecture team and portfolio team to identify, evaluate and propose new technologies, solutions and services in line with the market conditions and Client needs.
· Reviews business process and/or technical solution designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies
· Mentors others on the application of new technologies, appropriate project management and system development methodologies
· Works effectively with internal stake holders in identifying and documenting transition and all delivery aspects of the project to develop the technical scope of work and communicate to Client Delivery Executives, Program Managers and delivery resources.
· Provides input to the cost and pricing models and apply key financial concepts
· Provides required technical solution and/or inputs to the Bid managers and Pursuit leads/sales/account managers for the proposal development.
· Good knowledge on technologies like Cloud, BI, Digital transformation etc.
· Proactively identifies issues and risks as part of the solution governance exercise that may impact a successful programme/project completion and support with mitigation plan under minimal supervision.
· Support sales engagements by designing winning solution proposals, leading product demos, developing business cases, and driving CXO level engagements.
· Follows governance and sales processes and procedures
· Works collaboratively with all partners in the pursuit/proposal development process
· Establishes, develops and manages relationships based on trust and ability to meet commitments.
· Presents solutions to all levels of Injazat management with minimal supervision and to client with support from the Sales/Account teams
· Works collaboratively with external partners, like OEM, third-party vendor etc., to address internal and external solution needs.
