Responsibilities and Authorities
Responsible for :
Organizing and leading meetings with the team, to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines.
– Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Establishing relationships with new clients; and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
– Supervising Account Managers and executives to ensure client satisfaction.
– Communicating with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
– Generating innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
– Using client feedback to improve customer experience.
– Identifying and approaching potential clients
Authorized to:
– Calculate, raise, and send out Quotations.
– Work on Tenders.
– Submit LPO’s, Briefs, and Job Orders to other departments.
– Contact and establish relationships with new Clients.
– Delegate tasks, plan meetings, schedules,
and assigning Clients to Account Managers and Account Executives.
– Professionally representing the Group in approved organizations, meetings, and conference.
