Sr. Project Manager

Establish relationship with client stakeholders – CxOs, sponsors, department heads, other client individuals and teams.
Establish relationship with internal stakeholders.
Set and meet the expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategize opportunities and work with various stakeholders to convert opportunities to programs and projects.
Work with stakeholders to create win-win outcomes.
Plan programs including projects, teams, deliverables and budget.
Get agreement on detailed scope and create project plan to deliver the same.
Lead and facilitate various project teams and client teams.
Lead the implementation of programs and projects.
Identify risks and issues and resolve.
Manage budget and profitability.
Manage resource allocation.
Manage timelines.
Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Constantly monitor and report on progress to all the stakeholders.
Present reports defining progress, problems and solutions.
Implement and manage changes and interventions to achieve outputs.
Program evaluations and assessment of results.
Manage, support and mentor team members.
