Sr. Training & Development Specialist

– Is responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations and offering assistance to staff in the performance of their duties as needed. In addition, the specialist provides district-wide administrative support.
– To identify and assess training needs within a company.
– To meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs and conduct surveys.
– To train employees for specific jobs.
– To develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
– To create teaching materials.
– To teach skills such as computer applications, phone systems, product assembly, policies and procedures, and inventory planning.
– To direct structured learning experiences.
– To hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
Create learning literature.
– To plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.

– To conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills.

– To create interactive, multimedia presentations.
