• Develops and administers various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel.
• Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
• Manages the processing and Documentations of the following :
1. Postemployment “Employee Life Cycle”
2. Verifies Employment documents (Job Offers to Recruitment Documents)
3. Processing of Employment Contracts, SPSP ID
4. Payroll Starter and Inclusion Process
5. Medical Insurance / GOSI
6. Monthly Payroll / Attendance and Absence Records
7. Employee welfare and issues
8. HR Policy implementation
9. Management of Employment Terms and Conditions (eg. Riders)
10. Employee costing
11. Periodical Reports to Senior Management
12. Clearance of Employees / Final Settlement processes
