System Assistant

– First level front – line interface to users for helpdesk support calls
– Provides on call work and technical support to various users / client organization regarding specific operational/applications issues
– Troubleshoots networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems
– Maintains accuracy of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment
– Researches, evaluates, installs, configures and troubleshoots hardware / software, peripherals, and equipment necessary to meet integrated systems objectives
– Oversee network, server, computer security and anti-virus updates, etc
– Logging all IT problems and resolutions
– Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance of records
– Assuring all the equipment are working and performing well to meet company tasks assigned including prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
– Sharing knowledge and purpose to the user about the software / hardware installed
