Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Regional Office – Manpower Middle East

Our Client, a multinational Pharma Company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Regional Office.

This is a Contract role under ManpowerME.

Role Description
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and selecting the best in class active and passive candidates for multiple role levels in the regional office in Dubai and across the AFME region as needed – with a main focus on Regional and Senior Roles. S/he will be considered as a trusted advisor working closely with Hiring Managers and local HR teams, and HR leads. The TA Recruiter should be able to design tactical recruiting plans for targeted job (s) in partnership with Hiring Managers. The TA recruiter will support deployment of corporate TA tools in line with global and regional TA strategy.
S/he will have dotted line report to the HR Director to support with Regional office recruitments in the Dubai office.

Responsibilities:
? – Working closely with Hiring Managers and HR to meet business hiring needs.
? – Support full-life cycle recruitment in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, selection and offer development.
? – Ensure a positive customer and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
? – Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
? – Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational and cultural fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.
? – Provide first level feedback to internal and external candidates.
? – Build strong university relations and coordinate activities which enhance graduate candidate pools for entry levels or intern programs.
? – Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
? – Develop a good understanding of the Client's Compensation approach as well as its Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market.
? – Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets. Support Workday transactions, and coach hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
? – Support deployment of corporate tools, as per global and regional TA strategy. Engage in other tasks and projects as required.
