Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist – Magrabi Retail

1. Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure their requirement about what kind of talent they are looking for;
2. Work with hiring manager to assess applicants in regard to whether or not they are qualified in the position.
3. Manage Hiring Process through Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
4. Conduct initial negotiations and agreements with external service providers and ensure setting clear guidelines and agreeing on win-win terms to achieve successful projects.
5. Review and track hiring progress and compliance to evaluate performance and report issues and concerns and propose different solutions and initiatives to higher levels.
6. Typically schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise their candidates beforehand.
