Talent Acquisition Specialist – Middle East, Afric – Johnson Controls

The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team was set up to centralise recruitment and talent attraction across Johnson Controls. To support the increased demand we are growing the team that support Middle East, Africa & Turkey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter to join the regional team based in Dubai.
Language fluency: English is essential with a preference to be fluent in either Hindhi or Turkish.
Recruiting Specialism: Technical Sales and Engineering preferred
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be accountable for the delivery of end to end expert recruitment services (from briefing to negotiating offers) working closely with the META Talent Acquisition Manager to support them on the delivery of the recruitment strategy.
The team works as experts to access the external talent labour market focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame. You’ll take responsibility for all aspects of operational recruiting executing tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and our overall recruiting goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with key stakeholders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices
* Prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load and build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles
* Source candidates through direct sources including headhunting, advertising, employee referrals, social media and CV databases
* Screen, interview and shortlist candidates. Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
* Arrange interviews and manage the offer process
* Meet or overachieve direct hiring targets
* Keep accurate and up to date records of candidates and interviews in the Applicant Tracking System
* Champion and promote the Employee Referral scheme internally
* Advise and coach internal stakeholders around recruitment best practices
* Provide accurate reporting to the wider HR Team and Hiring Managers
* Foster long-term relationships with applicants, potential candidates, and placement agencies Perform other duties and projects as assigned
