Technical Marketing Chief
- Complete marketing research activities as well as provide shared market research services.
- Provide feedback to Sales & Marketing Director to justify changes to prices based on researched changes in market trends.
- Gathering of information and research on the success of promotional campaigns and customer reactions due to changes on prices & properties of product.
- Track indicators for changes in the market conditions and communicate them to the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Measure customer satisfaction by monitoring and following up customers through surveys, telephone interviews in order to obtain their feedback and comments as part of the overall marketing satisfaction program.
- Conduct occasional travel to customers regularly as part of the customer satisfaction program.
- Manage the customer marketing database for new or potential customers.
- Monitor company & competitors' products performance & quality.
