Telesales Manager – Amad Group
- Build up the unit structure, and assure its stability to be able to deliver the target from every service or project assigned to the Team
- Achieving growth and Sales Targets for each service
- Setting Sales Plan for each service
- Recruiting required staff needed for the achieving targets.
- Provide Sales training, create Sales Training Manual for new comers, also arrange with each project owner technical training for each service
- Oversee Team performance, and held periodical meeting to discuss with team the project, handling objections, answer questions, assuring that we are on the plan designed to reach target.
- Liaise with other departments sales team requirements (Sales and Marketing Materials, Leads, Inquires, Registrations,)
- Setting Team and individual targets.
- Follow up with the team Sales forecasts, rejections, interested prospects, and deal's closing process.
- Motivating Team members, and develop their skills.
- Creating promotional offers to push and fasten Sales process
- Monitoring all Sales Teams performance, giving directions and instructions to assure the best way to reach target
- Cascading leads to Team Leader to be divided among teams – according to the service/project
- Setting KPIs.
