Temporary Administration Assistant – Family/Husband Sponsored – MD P

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the GM's diary and prioritise appointments as appropriate.
Act as point of contact for the GM, dealing with all phone and email enquiries, appointment booking (including internal and external) & meeting coordination.
Coordinate, prepare agendas/information for meetings, collect and finalise materials and ensure the GM is fully briefed ahead of time of meeting content, information required etc.
Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the GM and visitors as requested.
Support with expenses processing and raising and receipting purchase orders.
Produce high quality typewritten materials, draft and write letters/emails, memos, reports, agendas, minutes and presentations as required by the GM.
Maintain accurate and easily accessible up to date filing and bring forward system (both hard copy and online).
Act on behalf of the GM when not available, both internally and externally, escalating.
decisions/queries where appropriate.
Partake in assessing market opportunities – Real Estate – Qatar.
