Ticketing Agent – Tajawal

tajawal is looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer centricity in a competing Travel industry.
Role Responsibilities:
-Ticket issuance for all bookings processed online.
-Understand types of commission and deals and apply it on all relevant bookings.
-Effectively evaluate all online orders and adhere to the fraud checks and the process inline.
-Aware about the travel procedures and the visa requirements. Alarm the customer/teams if any concerns.
-Responding and prioritizing all email correspondence. Being customer oriented.
-Working on the GDS to process cancellations & refunds.
-Ticket re-issuance on all amendment request.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
-1 to 2 years experience in a contact center
-GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, Travelport, Sabre)
-Fluency in Arabic (Written and Spoken) and English (Written and Spoken)
