Tour Operator – Tawzef for Recruitment
• Acknowledge Agents e-mails and report to Team leader and/or Operation Manager.• Receiving Agents Special requests and contact the supplier to fulfill it.• Manual Booking Amendments through hotels or online systems.• Updating our direct contract bookings with the confirmation numbers.• Following up with our on-request booking through the system admin user and make sure to update it as per the supplier.• Cross selling to Agent by offering alternative properties in case we ran out of availability on the requested properties.• Provide information to Agents concerning local and International tours, travel routes, accommodation, local custom, and travel regulations.• Handling offline FIT requests and create bookings through admin user accordingly.• Confirm bookings and notify agents.• upload the suppliers contracts on the system in coordination with the contracting department.• Handling Agents complaints.• Coordinating with the business development in case of system suspension.• Assist Agents with Amendments for their existing bookings whether through Hotel direct or one of our xml suppliers• Handling night emergencies by international telephone line.• Meets, calls and handles all clients inquiries .• Design travel packages and itineraries.• Sells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.• Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound travel .• Handle holidays packages operation for groups• Handles Customer service , including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.• Outgoing calls to agents and suppliers to manage the accounts receivable and payable .• Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.• Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients.• Follow up with clients through e-mails and calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.• Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.• Training and supervision of new customer service agents• Assist in implementing and develpping the guidelines and service quality of the customer service department.
