• Participate in developing of business plan for the human resource & administration department.
• Participate in developing the annual budget for the human resource & administration department and ensure maintaining the costs and expenditure within the set budget.
• Implement and monitor the human resource & administration guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure its implementation across the department.
• Holds periodical open seminars for any employee to attend regarding career development opportunities and performance enhancement.
• Provides career counseling and quality performance for employees.
• Interfaces with employees on all career inquiries – such as which courses to take if they want to advance their career in a particular direction.
• Participates in mentoring of new employees by offering them information about the future of their careers.
• Maintains records and prepares reports to evaluate performance of trainees and monitors the progress of trainees.
• Assists Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager in facilitating continuing education courses. Courses to improve the future of the employees.
• Assists Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager in providing development knowledge, advice and counsel to line-mangers within area of incumbent’s expertise to enable them to make best use of available human resources and maximize retention.
• Assists Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager in providing advice on a succession planning program for high-potential management employees.
• Liaises with other companies, career development organizations and associations to monitor performance developments and new courses to enable the incorporation of innovations into the career development program.
• Coordinates with the Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager for development need analyses and prepares annual career development prospectus, schedule and budget preparation data.
• Keeps informed on new developments, methods and techniques in the training and developments areas.
• Design and develops training programs for all levels of the Bank for all types of banking products. He designs and delivers both soft and hard skills training for middle level and senior level.
• Organizes and develops training manuals, reference materials and testing, and evaluation procedures.
• Screens, tests and counsels employees for participation in internal and external educational and training programs.
• Researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs to Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager. Contracts with vendors for employee participation in outside training programs, and monitors and reports effectiveness of training on employees short-term and for career development.
• Provide guidance and leadership to all employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the section.
• Ensure operations services are successfully and meaningfully being delivered and are supporting the operations of sector.
• Delegate some responsibilities to appropriate subordinates to benefit from smooth running of the department’s operation.
• Monitor the adherence of employees to the department’s guidelines, policies and procedures.
