1. Front Office
- 1 or 2 Years of Experience.
- Good knowledge of computers.
- Ready to work in shifts.
2. Call Center Agents
- Answer inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level assuring a prompt and an accurate responds to be provided on their inquiries.
- Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.
3. Accomodation Officer
- Provide advice and guidance to prospective covering a variety of
accommodation issues including allocations, accommodation options, rent arrears and
contractual issues, making referrals where appropriate.
- To be fully conversant with Room Service allocation system and support interface.
