Objective:
VRM is expected to manage certain number of accounts which will be tagged to them. They have to ensure that customers are served well. Internet Banking penetration is high and well utilized. They have to ensure that customers route maximum amount of cashflows through the bank and promote Forex and Trade Finance. VRM must be fully aware of AML and Sanction risk and should be able to do a detailed KYC of customers.

Products:

Knowledge of Trade Finance products, Business Loans, Business account services, Forex.
