WESTERN ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant at a sales training company within Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be a western female aged between 21-35 years of age. They must have 5 year + experience in an administrative/office role.
Competent in all areas of Microsoft word/ excel/power-point/outlook.
Well presented to reflect the professional nature of the business. Must be confident in the role, well mannered, bubbly and outgoing to work in a fast paced sales environment.
Full valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle essential. Flexible with assisting evenings and weekends where necessary.
Keys roles include
– Diary management
– Organising and booking meetings and events
– screening and actioning all incoming emails
– Managing all incoming telephone calls to a high professional standard
– Preparing and editing client correspondence
– Dealing with invoices and other aspects of company finances
– Liaising with providers and contractors
Working hours are Sunday through Thursday 8.30 – 5.30pm.
